Deepika is a trusted advisor for residential real estate and estate planning matters. She supports clients through important decisions with clarity, warmth, and practical insight. Her approach blends empathy with a strong understanding of the details, helping clients feel informed, supported, and confident at every step.

Before joining Peddle Pollard, Deepika served more than 2,200 clients in Innisfil and earned a 4.9-star Google rating, a testament to her consistent care, responsiveness, and inclusive approach.

Fluent in English, Hindi, and Punjabi, she brings strong experience in estate and trust matters. Deepika is further expanding her expertise through the Trustee and Estate Planner (TEP) designation, an advanced credential held by few practitioners. Outside of her practice, Deepika enjoys traveling, creating content, and spending time with her family, especially her toddler who keeps her smiling and busy.

His experience includes building a commercial real estate practice at McCarthy Tétrault LLP and later working with Orlando Corporation, one of the GTA’s largest industrial and commercial developers. Clients value his clear communication, his ability to anticipate challenges, and his commitment to guiding them through each stage with confidence.
